The Position
Our client is seeking to fill a Sr. Treasury Management Manager role to be based in the Lexington, SC market. The selected candidate will be responsible for business development, consultative sales and relationship management to commercial clients.
The position includes a generous salary of up to $100K + bonus and an excellent benefits package.
Treasury Management Manager responsibilities include:
- Ability to communicate with teams and customers effectively.
- Works directly with customers on the phone or email to resolve technical issues with
- commercial and retail products and services.
- Have the ability to navigate various situations, Refine technical or specialized terminology into basic terms.
- Knowledge of the commercial and retail products and services.
- Responsible for system setup and account documentation for Treasury Management services.
- Provide business customers with cash management tools that help manage their payable and receivable process to increase efficiency.
- Analyze new business customers’ activity to match treasury management services to their needs.
- Understanding of the payment system; ach origination.
- Focuses on developing strong referral & deposit growth.
- Support for commercial and retail customers who have experienced fraud on their accounts.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration is preferred.
- Four or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in PC software such as Excel, Word, and Access.
- Excellent attention to detail and emphasis on accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, listening, and written.
