The Position

Our community bank client is seeking to fill a Training Coordinator role in the Bayfield, CO market. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs or requirements and plans for new and existing staff. The Training Coordinator must be familiar with instructional methods and skill development. The coordinator, in collaboration with department managers, will manage, design, develop, and facilitate any training program needs for the Bank.

The position includes a generous salary of up to $80K and an excellent benefits program.

Training Coordinator responsibilities include:

• Coordinate training for new hires as well as existing employees.
• Identify internal training programs to address competency gaps.
• Organize, develop, coordinate, and manage training programs with input from department managers to meet specific training needs.
• Work directly with subject matter experts (SME) to design training templates and determine the best person to facilitate the training.
• Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness.
• Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, and virtual training.

You also bring the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a minimum of 3 years of experience in adult learning and development
• Experience in instructing and training
